PinK procedure: cprint
Print a canvas in color mode changing the background color to be
white, using your default printer or if specified another printer
(like lpr [-Pprinter]).
cprint canvas [printer]
- canvas is a canvas in your PinK application you want to print.
- printer is a printer name (suitable for the UNIX
lpr -P command).
