PinK method on Dad objects: BookDoNow

Dad method: BookDoNow

Activates booking for the complete dataflow served by a connection. Only new records fulfilling the booking condition list will be sent.

 <dadobj> "BookDoNow"

<dadobj> is the name of a PinK Dad object,
BookDoNow is the name of the applied method.
